Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and LearningMontfort Leo Funsamtiama is an Ex-Schorastic (Montfort Missionaries) of the Catholic Church (certified Lector and Acolyte by the Jesuit Hekima University College –Nairobi-Kenya) Montfort is a self-motivated man and possess a varied experience Pastoral work, Anthropology Linguistics, Psychological Counselling as well as in Project Management-Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning. Being at the Service of the Catholic Church for 8 years Montfort served as youth chaplain, Secondary School Teacher and has been journeying with the youths and Vulnerable Adults in Psychological Counselling. During his Services in the Church Montfort Traveled to 4 Countries learning Cultures and Languages along the way. He is fluent in Chichewa, English, Kiswahili and Tagalog. After leaving the Montfort Missionaries; Montfort did Some Internship in Social Work with some NGOs in Malawi later he engaged in Lecturing Social Sciences in Different Private Universities in Malawi before Joining JCED in August 2024. Montfort has a good Intensive Research Experience, has practical experience in journeying with youths and Venerable Adults in Psychological Counseling, he is an excellent activity Facilitator / Coordinator with proven experience in Lecturing at University Level and now he is a novice in Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation. Montfort Leo Funsamtima is a holder of the Following Academic Papers; A Diploma in Religious Studies and Counselling From Inter-Congregational Institute (ICI)- Balaka, a Degree in Philosophy and Human Sciences from The Catholic University of Malawi, a Degree in Theology from The Catholic University of East Africa (CUEA)- Nairobi-Kenya. Ecclesiastical Degree in Theology and Latin from Hekima University College-Nairobi-Kenya and currently a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation from DMI-St. Eugen-Zambia. Pending Graduation in 2025.
